While Overheating of small diesel generator mainly shows that the outlet water temperature of cooling water is too high,

which causes the temperature of heated parts to increase,

While the fit clearance to shrink, and the material strength to decrease, which is easy to cause the parts to jam or break.

1. Remove the air from the water pump or water pipe, and check whether the joints of each pipe are tightened without air leakage
2. Check the water level and add enough water
3. Remove scale and clean the surface
4. Adjust the belt tension or replace it
5. Clean scale and dredge waterways
6. Replace the water pump impeller
7. Check the thermostat, repair or replace it
